Delete your Moket account

In the app

Open Moket > Profile > Privacy > Delete account and confirm. Your account and all linked data (profile, bike, rides, encounters, contacts, chats, group rides, reports, push token) are deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email mirkogenovese91@gmail.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What remains

In encrypted backups your data disappears within 30 days. Closed moderation cases are kept without chat content for up to 12 months where needed to prevent abuse. Data on your phone (ride list, private zones) is removed when you uninstall the app.
