Our rules

Moket lives on the wave between riders. These rules apply in the app and at meetups:

1. Respect: no insults, harassment, threats, hate or discrimination.
2. No means no: don’t repeat an ignored or declined request another way; don’t track, follow or wait for anyone.
3. Don’t locate others: don’t try to work out where someone lives, works or is from encounters, reports or rides, and don’t publish it.
4. Be real: no fake profiles, impersonation or false road reports.
5. No racing: no calls for illegal races or record hunting on public roads; group rides follow traffic law.
6. No spam: advertising only from verified creators through their labelled link.
7. Nothing illegal: no illegal content or banned products (e.g. speed camera detectors, unapproved exhausts, helmets without ECE 22.06 for road use).
8. Adults only: Moket is 18+.

Reporting and what happens next

• Report: tap “Report” on a profile, chat, ride or creator link; without an account email mirkogenovese91@gmail.com.
• Protection: you can block at once; contact, chat, following and encounters end both ways.
• Automatic: a creator link with 3 open reports from different users is hidden until reviewed.
• Review: a human checks the report, target within 24 hours.
• Action: warning, removal, hidden link, creator status revoked, temporary or permanent suspension.
• Reasons: the affected user gets reasons by email, the reporter a short outcome.
• Appeal: within 6 months by email; a human reviews again.

If life is in danger call 112. Moket is not an emergency service.
